We take the health and safety of our customers and staff very seriously. We have implemented a few measures to make sure there is as little contamination between us and the packages and our couriers.
First off, we have closed our doors to all visitors. This means we will not allow any collections from inside our warehouse. If you would like to collect anything, please contact us and we will leave it in a secure collection point.
We only have 1 member of staff packing and sending out orders at any one time. This also means that it will take longer for us to send the orders out.
Also we ask our staff to wash hands regularly and especially before and after receiving any new stock into the warehouse. These items will be left to one side for at least 24 hours to make sure that any contamination that may be on them can disperse.
Most of our suppliers are still closed so we are only dispatching what we have in stock. If anything happens to be out of stock after you order then we will inform you and you will have the option to wait for stock to arrive or for us to refund you.
