Delivery Delays

During these unprecedented times and whilst Royal Mail strikes continue, we are doing all we can to ensure your orders are getting to you within the proposed timeframe.

However, between the adverse weather conditions, a spike in illnesses - some of them our team members, some of them their children - and all other carriers having to cope with added pressure, we cannot guarantee next day delivery, even if your parcel is ready and waiting.

We hope that you can bear with us and that you can show some kindness to all the courier services who are doing their very best to deliver to you, no matter what the circumstances.

Please remember that we are all human, trying to cope with many challenges, and doing our absolute best.

We know you may need your orders urgently, and we are doing all we can to facilitate this.

But please remember, so are all our couriers and posties.
