No nonsense service.
My overall experience was excellent. The product has replaced existing webbing as expected. The stand out bit was around delivery. The product arrived in damaged packing and wet. Black Barn responded rapidly to my emails and arranged replacement so quickly that my repair remained on time. The damage was probably not their fault!

Webbing with elasticity
Easy to use, perfect for the job replacing webbing strips on a lounger. There is some elasticity in the webbing, which means it is ideal.
