Classic car seat remaking
Good. Only disappointment was the cotton sent to stitch with. One reel missing and it was rubbish anyway, far too thin and weak. I did email about this, but no answer. Everything else was excellent.

Having first identified the clips and clip tool from the website, I found I had order clips and tools too big to do the silent wire addition. I contacted support at Black Barn and they corrected the mistake with the correct size paper lined clips and correct clip tool, fast extremely helpful and understanding. I returned and received the replacements to complete my sofa job in no time. Clips and tool were easy to use, and I think I've completed a grand job. Thanks to Black Barn.

Great customer service
Clips were as expected, but customer service was exceptional, I incorrectly ordered some items, getting them back to Black barn and receiving the correct items was made so easy, would definately recommend Black barn for any upholstery supplies

Paper lined clips
Product was exactly what I required. Only grumble was cost of shipping - more than double cost of order
